About Me

Hello, my name is Nicholas Jaton. Although my academic studies focused on electrical (B.S.) and telecommunications (M.S.) engineering, I've found my career in data. I was previously employed as a BI developer at Mutual at Omaha and have worked as a data engineering consultant at Datalere. Nowadays, I am spending my time developing the data engineering strategy for the customer success team at Samsara.

When I'm not wrapped up in development, I tend to be rock climbing, playing guitar, chasing around our puppy, or studying other misc. topics in software / mathematics.
